There is an airfield nearby, hence the airplane motif, and the butterfly is featured because it's locality to the Marlborough region. The two dots in the butterfly and airplane repeat the two 'O's in the name Northrow, which ties all the elements together. Overall the composition is intentionally arranged as a compass.
